Group Placement

Only Nu-Finmen coaches decide when and where swimmers will be placed on the team. All swimmers are evaluated at a try-out for the team. Later they will be assessed by practice test sets, endurance, achieved times at meets, physical development, workout attendance and social skills amongst other team mates. Once a swimmer meets the standards of a particular group, our staff will work together to move the athlete to the next level. Please respect our decision as many things are taken into consideration in regards to transitioning to a new level.
